After 11 hours' drive, I was back home at 6:40am today.
There is nothing changes in my home city,and there is nothing new in our house.The only change is my niece is taller than she was four months ago.
The girl is very cute,but too mcuh naugty.I felt sad when she woke up,because she didn't recognize me as her aunt. I tried to be acquainted with her all day long,but she just refused to hug with me!>>

So you have already "checked your books" and have now decided to follow my way of stating a date? Good,, just remember the correct preposition for a date is "on", not "in". Therefore it should be "on 1st Oct", not "in 1st Oct."
