I have a pretty simple mind. Raise revenue, lower cost, and generate profit. If this is done properly, the company can expand and it opens up new projects & opportunities for our best employees. Keeping the top 20% performers of the company is a must. Moving the next 70% towards them is what needs to be done. The remaining 10% will become obsolete. It’s harsh, but that is what happens in the real business world. For people that have worked elsewhere, they can understand what I just mentioned. Business is business. This is not school anymore when we move up one level every year, this is not Disneyland where everyday is a party. This is reality. It’s your decision what you will become, not mine. Because this is your life.
