Sunshine here means sth positive penetrate into my heart. Sunshine can make us feel warm, can remind us there is another chance to try, like the feeling of Scarlett in Gone with the Wind "tomorrow is another day". This morning i had this kind of feeling. In China there was a famous called "东方红", the song beginning with 东方红,太阳升,东方出了个毛泽东. Sunshine means powerful energy like the sun. I hope i will in high siprit everyday, so i called myself Sunshine.

Aside would like to explain sauna. Sauna is original from Janpan.Guess Japanese enjoy bath very much.They developped a special way to take a shower, first in a very high temperature place, then move to a cold palce. Extreme, like the character of Janpanese.
